Skye - Day 3

That evening I was lucky enough to see the dinosaur footprints at Staffin before settling back at the camp site.

The following day I awoke to dreary mist. It was the same as I drove north so I decided to try my luck further south. As I reached the Storr, the mist was clearing and I decided to make the climb up to the Man of Storr. This was another steep, hot and tiring climb but I made it to the area level with the foot of the Man pinnacle. Some great views even though the mist was still on the coast below.

I then set off to drive around the north but it was still drab, there was little to see and being Sunday many places were closed. I arrived at Uig for my next overnight camp and enjoyed some short woodland walks before settling down for the night.
